Indiana Real Estate Markets Report
The Indiana Real Estate Markets Report is the first-ever county-by-county comparison of existing single-family home sales in Indiana. The monthly Report contains four looks at the data (below), which IAR obtains directly from the state’s 23 largest Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and the Broker Listing Cooperative® (BLC®) in central Indiana. These 23 represent nearly 98% of the housing market statewide.
